These terms apply to cuecumber.club, the club application form and the first 50 clubs offer. CUEcumber for clubs is not yet a live service.
Using this site
You may browse the site and apply on behalf of a club you are allowed to represent. Please give us accurate information and only submit contact details you are allowed to use.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, submit automated or fraudulent applications, or use it unlawfully.
Applying is not a contract
Applying does not create an account, a contract, or a reserved spot. We do not promise a launch date, a launch in any particular city, or access to a future service. Plans and features may change before launch.
First 50 clubs offer
- Who can join: a club is a venue with at least one table open to players. One spot per venue.
- How many: 50 clubs in total, worldwide.
- Who counts as "first": the first 50 clubs we confirm after the call, in the order they're confirmed. Applying alone doesn't reserve a spot.
- Length: 12 months free, starting on the day CUEcumber launches in the club's city. It doesn't start when you apply.
- What "free" covers: the CUEcumber club tools available at launch. It doesn't cover payment-processing fees, if any apply.
- After the free year: an early-club price, announced well in advance, before any charge. Nothing renews into a paid plan without you agreeing to it.
- No obligation: no card, no minimum term. A club can leave anytime by emailing support@cuecumber.io.
- No guarantees on dates: we don't promise a launch date for any city.
- Closing: the offer closes when 50 clubs are confirmed. There's no countdown, and we won't announce spots running out.
- Changes: if these terms change, clubs already confirmed keep what they signed up for.
Privacy

Our content
The CUEcumber name, branding, website, text, graphics, and other site content belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them commercially without permission. You may share links to the public site.
Availability and liability
We provide this pre-launch site as available. It may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
Polish law governs these terms. Any mandatory rights or court protections that apply to you still apply.
